Topues AI Studio is a small Melbourne studio helping small and mid-size businesses across Australia look credible, operate efficiently and grow. We build the websites, tools, and systems behind a credible business — that used to only be affordable for larger companies.
Why we exist
The work a big agency will not take on.
Big agencies will not take a small brief seriously. Cheap builders will ship a template with the logo swapped. Small and mid-size businesses end up in the gap — with budgets that deserve real craft, and no studio set up to deliver it.
We built Topues to close that gap. Today that means websites — a single tight sprint, a fixed price, one project at a time, shipped in days not months. Tomorrow it means the operational tools, automation workflows, and digital products that sit behind them: the quiet work that lets a ten-person business run like a hundred-person one.

Seun founded Topues after years of watching small businesses pay good money for digital work that did not earn its keep — sites that looked cheap, tools that did not talk to each other, and agency retainers that quietly outran the value they returned. The studio is built around a simple idea: run one project at a time, finish it on time, charge a fixed price, and ship something the owner is genuinely proud of.
The craft spans the full digital stack — the public site people see, and the operational systems that make the business feel larger and calmer than it is. The studio is deliberately small. Seun leads every project personally, and partners with trusted specialists for copy, illustration and engineering when the scope calls for it. You get the benefits of a studio without the overhead of an agency.

We are based in Melbourne. That shapes how the studio feels — the craft, the pace, the neighbourhood-business rhythm we grew up around. But the work travels. Around half of our pipeline is outside Melbourne, and the process is the same wherever you are: a clear brief, a fixed price, a launch date.
